Strathlene Buckie Golf Club

Well and truly under the radar, it's clifftop links golf for next to nothing!

Strathlene Buckie Golf Club

Moray, Scotland

Overview

Strathlene Buckie Golf Club is a clifftop links founded in 1877. with incredible views from the course of the Moray Firth.

At less than 6000 yards the course is primarily made up of two loops - one of 14 holes and another of 4 holes. The first six holes of the 14 hole loop play along the cliffs before returning to the clubhouse. The second loop of four holes is two out and two back from the clubhouse.

There is a single Par 5 on the course and only four Par 3's. The 13 two-shot holes range in length from 258 yards to 442 yards with the average being 360 yards.

In addition to a covered driving range, there is also a 3 hole pitch & putt for short game practice.

No one would argue the course competes with the best in the area. However, for decent golf with some good holes, you'll enjoy playing here if you've been to the others along the coast.
