Biography

Tim completed a B.Sc. in Horticulture at Melbourne University in Australia in 1993, focusing on turf and golf course management.

In 1995, he began working with Ted Parslow as a design associate. For six years, from 1998 until 2004, he joined European Golf Design (EGD). From 2004-2016, Tim worked with five-time Open champion Peter Thomson. In 2016, following Peter Thomson's retirement LOBB + PARTNERS was founded. Alex Hay is a Canadian partner and design associate.

Tim maintains a 'hands-on' presence during the construction phase and is responsible for the renovation and restoration courses such as St Georges Hill, The Berkshire Red and Blue, Woking, Royal Jersey and The Buckinghamshire.

His work was featured on Erik Anders Lee's Adventure in Golf Season 4 Ancient Golf and Pyramid Views.
